【專輯簡介】 結束The Band Of Gypsys之後，Jimi Hendrix經紀人Michael Jeffery開始積極促成The Jimi Hendrix Experience重組。但Jimi Hendrix拒絕與貝斯手Noel Redding共事，找來The Band Of Gypsys的貝斯手Billy Cox入替，於是加上原始鼓手Mitch Mitchell之後，The Jimi Hendrix Experience又站上搖滾舞台，重新出發。Live At Berkeley便是紀錄1970年5月30日在加州柏克萊Berkeley Community Theatre的現場實況錄音。12首搖滾大爆走，精采絕倫的電吉他神技，絕對是所有搖滾迷必須擁有的經典實況錄音。
